Ingredients

250 mg
mince
1/2 c
fresh bread crumbs
1/2 c
onion
1/2 c
carrot
1 Tbsp
tomato sauce
1/2 tsp
dried herbs
1 Tbsp
egg
2 Tbsp
barbecue sauce
8
green beans

frozen corncobs

potatoes

Step-By-Step

1Pre-heat oven to 180
2Dice onion and carrot
3In a large bowl mix together breadcrumbs,carrot,onion,herbs, salt and pepper.
4Shape the meat into loaf form
5Bake for 25 minutes
6Peel and quarter potatoes, place in saucepan and cover, boil for 15 minutes or until tender
7Drain potatoes, top and tail green beans
8Place corn and beens in microwave safe bowl and cook for 5 minutes
9Place potatoes in bowl, mash
10Add milk,butter and continue to mash until smooth
11Remove meatloaf from oven, drain extra fat from the baking tray, brush the top with the B-B-Q sauce and bake for 10 minutes
