- cherry tomatoes (sliced or whole)
- 1/2 c
- fresh basil leaves
- 8 oz
- small, fresh, lightly-salted mozzarella balls
- 3 Tbsp
- extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tsp
- balsamic vinegar
- kosher or sea salt
1Combine Tomatoes & Mozzarella into a large bowl and slice into smaller pieces as you see fit.
2Add your basil leaves and mix softly while adding olive oil & vinegar.
3Salt to taste and refrigerate until serving.
