cherry tomatoes (sliced or whole)

fresh basil leaves
8 oz
small, fresh, lightly-salted mozzarella balls
3 Tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
4 tsp
balsamic vinegar
kosher or sea salt

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine Tomatoes & Mozzarella into a large bowl and slice into smaller pieces as you see fit.

Add your basil leaves and mix softly while adding olive oil & vinegar.
