Ingredients

1/4 medium
cucumber
1 small
tomato
1 small
bowl of fresh organic spinach leaves
7 medium
strawberries
Dashes
mango chipotle salad dressing

Directions Step-By-Step

Rinse & spin dry Baby lettuces

slice leaves from strawberries.

Diagonally cut tomato into cubes

Slice & cube cucumber into sm bite size.

Plate center of serving plate with lettuces. Scatter tomato & cucumber atop. place whole strawberries to surround. Drizzle sparingly the mango chipotle dressing and enjoy.

OPTIONAL: Possible Additions Include...
Sliced Mushrooms, Olives, dried bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, slices of sweet red onion. Nuts & dried cranberries.
