On a plate, mix desired salt, pepper and paprika with flour.
In a microwave proof bowl, add butter and garlic. Microwave approx 30 seconds or until butter is melted. Add lemon juice.
2Dip fish pieces one at a time in the butter mixture, then dip in flour mixture and place on a shallow baking sheet.
3Once all are breaded, pour remaining butter mixture over fish and bake for 30 minutes or until fish is starting to become golden and flaky. I lightly sprinkled with a little more paprika and kosher salt, before serving.
4Serve with your favorite tarter sauce and some lemon wedges, in my case I tried Jeanne Gliddon's delicious home made tarter sauce. I will include the link to her recipe in the comments section of this recipe. It was superb!
