salt,pepper and garlic salt to taste
Drain and De-bone salmon. (Note: you only have to take out the vertebrae, the other bones will cook away.
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
Fill bottom of skillet with a thin layer of cooking oil.
Patty up the fish thinly. Fry until golden brown. Make sure you use as little oil as possible so patties won't be greasy.
