Ingredients

tilapia fillets
1 c
parmesan cheese, fat-free
1/2 c
lemon juice, fresh
1/2 Tbsp
parsley flakes

Step-By-Step

1juice your lemons in a bowl.

2Next, coat your fillets in the lemon juice and add the cheese and parsley in another bowl. Roll your fillet until it is coated evenly on both sides.

3On a non stick pan, spray your pan and set on medium heat.

4cook your tilapia fillets 5-6 minutes on each side.
