We love crab and crab cakes in particular. The supermarkets here in Florida carry the Seminole stone crab mustard, if you can't find it substitute Dijon.

Ingredients

egg
2 Tbsp
mayonnaise
1 Tbsp
seminole stone crab mustard
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp
minced onion
2 Tbsp
minced celery
2 Tbsp
flat leaf parsley, minced
10
ritz or town house crackers, crushed
8 oz
lump crabmeat

Step-By-Step

1Whisk egg

2Mix all ingredients gently, don't break up crab meat

3Form into patties and fry until golden brown. The patties will be wet when you place them in the oil but will firm up.
