4 mdmahi mahi fillets, swordfish steaks or halibut steaks

1 Tbsplemon juice

2 clovefresh garlic, minced

1/4 tsplemon pepper

1/4 tspsalt
- NECTARINE MINT SALSA:

1/4 cdiced fresh nectarines
-
3 Tbspfinely chopped red bell pepper

2 Tbspsliced green onions
-
2 tspfresh lime juice
-
1/2 Tbspchopped fresh mint
-
1/2 Tbspfinely chopped small jalapeno pepper
How To Make grilled fish with nectarine mint salsa

1Prepare grill for cooking fish over medium high heat. Rinse fish and pat dry.

2Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add lemon juice, garlic, lemon pepper and salt; simmer for 1 minute over low heat and set aside.

3Cook fish for about 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork, brushing liberally with butter mixture during the last few minutes of cooking. Serve with a large scoop of Nectarine Mint Salsa.

4Salsa: Stir together nectarines, bell pepper, green onion, lime juice, mint and jalapeno pepper.
