Ingredients For deviled tuna bake

    margarine
  • 2 tsp
    flouw
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/4 tsp
    bottled red pepper seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 7oz. can
    tuna
  • 3/4 c
    crumvled crackers or potato chips
  • 4 lg
    hard cooked eggs
  • 1 sprig
    parsley

How To Make deviled tuna bake

    1st 5 ingredients may be substituted with cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
  • 2
    Melt butter blend in flour, mustard and salt stir in milk slowly, cook until thick boil 1 minute.

    stir in red pepper seasoning, lemon juice, tuna and 1/2 cup cracker crumbs.

    Chop 3 eggs and stir into tuna mixture Pour this into buttered 4 cup baking dish. sprinkle 1/2 cracker crumbs over the top

    Bake 20 min or until crumbs are golden brown quarter egg and place in center with parsley sprig.
