Ingredients

1 1/3 c
french fried onions (canned)
1 tsp
fresh dill, diced, or ½ tsp dried
1 tsp
lemon rind, grated
1/2 tsp
dried parsley

portions of salmon fillet
2 Tbsp
dijon mustard
1 Tbsp
maple syrup

Step-By-Step

1Mix fried onions, dill, lemon rind, and parsley in a sealable plastic bag. Roll with a rolling pin to crush onions.
2Mix the mustard with the maple syrup and brush over the salmon, then pat the seasoned onion crumbs over the top.
3Bake on a foil-lined sheet at 375°F for around 15 minutes, until opaque and easy to separate with a fork.
