1 1/3 cfrench fried onions (canned)

1 tspfresh dill, diced, or ½ tsp dried

1 tsplemon rind, grated

1/2 tspdried parsley

4portions of salmon fillet

2 Tbspdijon mustard

1 Tbspmaple syrup
How To Make crunchy baked salmon

1Mix fried onions, dill, lemon rind, and parsley in a sealable plastic bag. Roll with a rolling pin to crush onions.

2Mix the mustard with the maple syrup and brush over the salmon, then pat the seasoned onion crumbs over the top.

3Bake on a foil-lined sheet at 375°F for around 15 minutes, until opaque and easy to separate with a fork.
