Ingredients For catfish

  • 1 1/2 lb
    catfish filets
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/4 c
    cornmeal
  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil

How To Make catfish

    Pre-heat large saute pan on medium. Season fish with salt and pepper. Dip fish in egg and with cornmeal.

    Place oil in pan, then add fish; cook 3-5 minutes on each side or until crust is golden and flesh is flaky. Drain on paper towel.
