This was a fair swap. We swapped some chicken livers with a local fisherman in trade for these delicious catfish.
They turned out simply delicious

Ingredients

4 medium
catfish filets
1/2 c
parmigiano-reggiano, grated
1/2 c
mayonnaise
1/4 c
pecans, in pieces
1/4 c
butter, softened
3
green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp
hot pepper sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 F.

Spray a baking pan with cooking oil

2In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except catfish.
Mix well.

3Place catfish on greased baking pan; spread mayonnaise mixture over top of fish.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until fish flakes with a fork.
