4 mdcatfish filets

1/2 cparmigiano-reggiano, grated

1/2 cmayonnaise

1/4 cpecans, in pieces

1/4 cbutter, softened

3green onions, chopped

1/2 tspworcestershire sauce

1/2 tsphot pepper sauce

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make catfish, smothered and oven fried

1Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a baking pan with cooking oil

2In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except catfish. Mix well.

3Place catfish on greased baking pan; spread mayonnaise mixture over top of fish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until fish flakes with a fork.
