Ingredients

1 lb
halibut fillet
1 Tbsp
olive oil
4 sprig(s)
fresh thyme
1
lemon, sliced
1/4 c
fish stock
1 tsp
black pepper

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line pan with parchment paper.
2Place fish in center of pan. Drizzle with olive oil and fish stock. Cover with lemon slices, thyme, and sprnkle with pepper. Cover with parchment paper and foil.
3Bake 15-20 minutes until fish flakes easily.
