Got this from a friend of mine a few years back,I use it quite often. He used it on a whole cut up chicken,but I prefer to get fresh boneless chicken breasts and cut them into chicken tenders. This is also very good on pork chops,fish,and other meat.

Ingredients For tom's chicken

  • 1/2 c
    wondra flour(in a blue can in bakery aisle)
  • 1/4 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 2 lb
    chicken tenders

How To Make tom's chicken

  • 1
    Melt butter in a 9"x13" baking dish.
  • 2
    Put dry ingredients in a zip lock bag,mix together,add chicken a few pieces at a time,shake bag to coat.

    Put in baking dish,place in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes,turn chicken over,bake another 20 minutes or until properly done.
