- 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise, hellmans is what i use.
- 2 or 3 Tbsp
- bread crumbs, seasoned or not what ever you like best
- 4 or 5 tsp
- favorite cheese grated or small sherds

2Brush each tenderloin with mayonnaise until covered nicely ad as much as you like this helps make them even more tender, use according to taste. Sprinkle with your favorite cheese; Monterrey Jack, Parmesan, Baby Swiss. It's your call on the cheese.
3Sprinkle with bread crumbs, your favorite. Home-made buttery, plain or Italian per-made or crush your favorite croutons or store bought stuffing. Experiment, so tender you cut them with a fork.
