This is my 9 year old's favorite way to eat chicken. And it's actually healthy!

4-6
chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
1 pkg
taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 c
salsa, your favorite kind
1 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
shredded lettuce
sour cream

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 375. Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray. Rub each chicken breast with taco seasoning and lay in the baking dish.

Pour 1 cup of salsa over the chicken breasts and pop in the oven. Bake until the chicken is done. Actual times will vary depending on the size of your chicken breast.

Remove the chicken from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheese on each. Place back in the oven just to melt the cheese. Once the cheese has melted, set aside to rest a minute.

Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce with a dollop of sour cream on top and a side of tortilla chips.
