Mix the soup and milk together pour half on the bottom of crock pot. Then cut up the chicken into cubes, cut the ham and swiss cheese into cubes (a little bit smaller than the chicken). In a another bowl put in the chicken, ham, swiss cheese and the blue cheese. mix together, Pour into crockpot. put the rest of the Soup mixture on top.
Melt the butter. mix the bread crumbs with the butter. put on top of the soup mixture.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
You can put over rice, egg noodles, mashed potatoes or eat as it is with a green salad with crusty bread. YUMMY love for the tummy
