Ingredients For slow-cooked chicken salsa

  • 2 lb
    bonelss, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 c
    favorite salsa
  • 1 c
    canned diced tomatoes w/ chiles
  • 2 Tbsp
    taco seasonings
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1 c
    diced onion
  • 1/2 c
    diced celery
  • 1/2 c
    scallions, thinly sliced
  • 3 Tbsp
    light sour cream

How To Make slow-cooked chicken salsa

    Place chicken in bottom of cooker. Sprinkle w/ taco seasoning. Layer w/ veggies.

    Pour water over all, cover, cook on low for 6-8 hrs. Shred chicken w/ a fork, put back into cooker. Stir in sour cream and heat through, then serve.
