Roasted Rotisserie Chicken

Ingredients

1 tsp
whole chicken
1 large
onion
6 clove
garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp
salt
1 Tbsp
paprika
2 tsp
each onion powder, garlic powder and thyme
1 tsp
black pepper
olive oil

Step-By-Step

1In a bowl mix together the salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder , thyme, and pepper. Set aside.
2Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place the whole onion and cloves of garlic in the cavity.
3Rub oil over the whole chicken then rub the spice mixture all over chicken. Wrap chicken in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
4Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Tent with foil if skin starts to burn. Let rest for 10 minutes
