Potato Chip Chicken

- boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz
- french onion sun chips
- 1/4 lb
- butter, melted
- 3 Tbsp
1Crush the chips then mix with the flour. Place in a shallow dish.
2Dip each chicken breast in the melted butter to coat.
3Then dip in the chip mixture to coat.
4Place breasts on a jelly roll pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done.
