OMG this is soooooo good. It is a Cuban inspired recipe that my family and friends love.

Ingredients

6 Tbsp
olive oil divided
8 clove
garlic minced
2 medium
onions chopped
1/2 c
fresh squeezed orange juice
1/2 c
fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 c
dry white wine
6
boneless chicken thighs
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven 350 degrees
2Heat 3 tbsp of the oil in skillet. Add the garlic and saute 1 minute. Set aside.
3In a bowl combine the remaining oil, onion, juices, and wine. Add the garlic mixture to this and mix well.
4Place chicken in baking dish and pour the juice mixture over top
5Bake for about 35 minutes or until the chicken in done. Serve over rice.
