I mixed a new concoction for wings tonight...I must say they were finger lickin good! I made 8 pounds and not a one left...

Stove Top

Ingredients

4 lb
chicken wings - bake, deep fry, grill

SAUCE

1 stick
butter
1/4 - 1/2 c
or to taste - grated, parmesan cheese
1/2 - 3/4 c
or to taste - franks red hot sauce
6 large clove
garlic, minced or grated
1 Tbsp
honey - optional

Directions Step-By-Step

Place all sauce ingredients in a sauce pan. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

When wings are done, whisk sauce making sure the butter is mixed into the sauce well.

Place about a dozen or so wings in a bowl with lid. Pour some sauce, enough to coat wings. Shake well. Pour out onto a platter and repeat with remainder of wings...enjoy!
