Parmesan Chicken & Noodles

- 3 Tbsp
- 6 clove
- chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- sea salt
- 1/2 c
- parmesan cheese
- 3 c
- spinach, fresh
- 1/2 pkg
- cooked egg noodles
1Saute garlic in butter. The garlic can be chopped, sliced or minced. Your choice.
2Cut the chicken in bite size peices. Add chicken and cook until done and no pink is visible and the chicken is well coated with the butter and garlic.
3Add the parmesan cheese and stir well to coat the chicken.
4Add the spinach and cook until it starts to wilt.
5Add the cooked egg noodles and mix well.
