Parmesan Chicken & Noodles

I found this recipe online and changed it to make it my own. You can use more or less parm to suit your taste. You can use less or more spinach. You can serve over noodles, rice or pasta. I use more butter than called for because I add the noodles to the frying pan so the noodles can be coated as well. When I made this dish my husband ate a lot and I got compliments.

Ingredients

3 Tbsp
butter
6 clove
garlic

chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
dash(es)
sea salt
1/2 c
parmesan cheese
3 c
spinach, fresh
1/2 pkg
cooked egg noodles

Directions Step-By-Step

Saute garlic in butter. The garlic can be chopped, sliced or minced. Your choice.

Cut the chicken in bite size peices. Add chicken and cook until done and no pink is visible and the chicken is well coated with the butter and garlic.

Add the parmesan cheese and stir well to coat the chicken.

Add the spinach and cook until it starts to wilt.

Add the cooked egg noodles and mix well.
