WASNT SURE HOW THIS CAME OUT UNTIL MY HUSBAND N DAUGHTER ..... N MYSELF ....ALMOST FINISHD THE ENTIRE CASSEROLE.....HUBBY TOOK THE LEFT OVERS FOR HIS LUNCH TODAY! SO I GUESS IT WAS VERY GOOD :)

egg noodles, cooked aldente

MELT 1/2 STICK OF BUTTER IN A LARGE PAN N LIGHTLY BROWN MUSHROOMS. ADD OLIVE OIL N ADD IN RED PEPPERS N ONIONS N COOK FOR 3 MORE MIN. (I FORGOT TO ADD IN MY RED PEPPERS N ONIONS SOOOO I ENDD UP SAUT√ČING THIS IN SEPERATE PAN...OOPS)

ADD IN FLOUR N MIX IN N COOK FOR A MINUTE. NOW POUR IN CHICKN BROTH N MILK N BRING TO A SIMMER N STIR UNTIL THICKND. STIR IN CHICKEN , SUN DRIED TOMATOES , 1/2 CUP OF PARMESAN CHEESE , PARSLEY N S n P. (B4 I DID THIS PART I MADE EGG NOODLES...ALDENTE)

I ADDED 2 TBLSPNS SIRACHI SAUCE AT THIS POINT (OPTIONAL)

IN A BAKN DISH (I USED A 7x11 DISH N WAS PERFECT - 9x13 CAN B USED) ADD COOKD NOODLES N POUR CHICKN N VEGGIE MIXTURE IN N COMBINE.

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. IN A SMALL BOWL COMBINE PANKO, 1/4 CUP OF PARMESAN CHEESE N GARLIC POWDER N MELTD 1/2 STICK OF BUTTER N SPRINKLE ONTOP OF CASSEROLE.

BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES N......ENJOY :)
