Ingredients

1 kg
orzo( rice-like pasta)
700 g
chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
4 medium
carrots, cubed
2 medium
green peppers ,cubed
1 can(s)
corn, canned
1 can(s)
mushrooms, canned
1/2 c
soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp
fahita spices
1 tsp
salt
400 g
mozerrella cheese , shredded
1 large
white onions , cubed
4 Tbsp
corn oil

Directions Step-By-Step

put orzo in boiling water pan and boil them about 10 minutes then drain

cut chicken breast halves into cubes. then put them in a frying pan with 2 tablespoons corn oil and fahita spices. cook about 10 min

in a seperate frying pan, put 2 tablespoons corn oil then add onions, carrots,green peppers, then put corn and mushrooms.

when vegetables are cooked well, add soy sauce,salt and fried chicken breast cubes.let them boil together about 5 minutes

in an oven tray 50*30*8 cm, mix drained orzo with the vegetable-chicken mixture. sprinkle mozerella shredded cheese on top and put in oven till the cheese melts (about 15 minutes)
