- 6 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 6 oz. can orange juice concentrate
- 1 can water (6 oz.)
1Place orange slices on bottom of baking dish.
Arrange chicken over orange slices.
Combine soup mix with orange juice. Add water.
Pour over chicken.
2Cover and bake @ 325 for 1 1/4 hours.
