chicken breast
1 jar(s)
barbarcue sauce
2 Tbsp
soy sauce
3 pinch
orange zest
3 Tbsp
orange juice, fresh
1/3 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
3-4 Tbsp
hot pepper jelly optional

COOK CHICKEN BREASTS AND CUT UP IN SMALL CHUNKS. SET ASIDE.

MIX TOGETHER ORANGE MARMALADE,BAR B CUE SAUCE,SOY SAUCE, GRATE ORANGE ZEST OFF OF ONE ORANGE, SQUEEZE ORANGE JUICE INTO SAUCE, ADD BROWN SUGAR. FOR MORE HEAT YOU CAN ADD HOT PEPPER JELLY TO YOUR TASTE.

POUR SAUCE OVER CHICKEN AND LET SIMMER FOR ABOUT 15 MINUTES. SERVE OVER WHITE RICE.
