- boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

- dry onion soup mix
- 1 bottle
- italian dressing (not creamy)
- 1 jar(s)
- apricot jam (small)
- sweet red pepper, cut into thin strips
3In the casserole dish pour a quarter of the liquid mixture; top with the chicken breasts (salt and pepper lightly). Pour the remaining liquid mixture over the breasts.
Cover pan with foil and bake in oven for 1 hour.
Remove foil and continue baking for about 15 minutes, turning the breasts if you wish.
