Mexican Chicken

This started out as a ground beef recipe but we like it with chicken better.This will make the same amount of servings as a box of (Hamburger Helper).I hope you like it.

Ingredients

2 lb
3 chicken breast fillets
1 can(s)
tomato sauce
1 c
medium picante sauce
1 can(s)
pinto beans rinsed and drained
1 c
minuet rice (don't add water)
1/2 c
sharp cheddar cheese

Step-By-Step

1In a large skillet (I use a 9')with lid.
2Put all ingredients except the cheese in skillet and cover.
3Start cooking on med/high for 25 minuets.
Stir occasionally.
4Reduce heat to med/low, add Minuet rice and cover for 5 minuets.
5Top with cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
