Economical Recipe, with great taste! From an old issue of Cooking Light...not sure what year or month. Prep and cook time do not include the 2 hour marinating time!

Ingredients

1/3 c
mustard, spicy brown
2 Tbsp
brown sugar
3 Tbsp
maple syrup
2 Tbsp
yellow mustard
1 Tbsp
onion, grated
1 Tbsp
cider vinegar
2 tsp
low sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp
black pepper
1 clove
garlic, minced
8
chicken thighs, skinned, bone in
1/4 tsp
kosher salt
cooking spray

Step-By-Step

1Combine first 9 ingredients. Place half of mixture in a zip-top plastic bag; reserve remaining mixture. Add chicken to bag; seal. Chill 2 hours.
2Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
3Remove chicken from bag. Sprinkle chicken with salt. Place chicken on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 8 minutes on each side or until done. Serve with reserved mustard mixture.
