Maple Barbecued Chicken
Vermont, where the Maple trees are called sugar bushes, is the largest producer of maple syrup. The syrup is made by boiling and straining the sap from the sugar maple.
Going through additional processes the syrup can then be made into granulated maple sugar, maple cream and maple fudge.
