Ingredients

3
whole chicken breasts, split
1/4 c
rum
1/4 c
lemon juice
1/4 c
melted butter
1 Tbsp
honey
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
dried tarragon
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Remove skin from each chicken breast half. Combine remaining ingredients and brush on both sides of chicken pieces. Arrange chicken in a lightly greased shallow baking pan. Bake in 400 degrees preheated oven for 45-50 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
