Hot Dog Deluxe Casserole
We did change one thing. We don't use cream of celery soup, we use cream of mushroom. Other than that, everything is the same.
We don't have this very often, but, when we do, it's all gone in one meal. And that's between the two of us. Of course, we both have good appetites.

- hot dogs
- 4 large
- 1 small
- onion, chopped
- 1 can(s)
- cream of celery soup, mixed with 1/2 can of water
- 1 tsp
- dry mustard
- 1 tsp
- we substituted cream of mushroom soup for the cream of celery soup.
1Slice peeled potatoes real thin.
2Cut hot dogs into 1/2 inch pieces.
3Mix all ingredients in a large bowl then pour into a greased large 3 quart casserole.
4Cover & bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
