I found this recipe on a Chinese recipe website. I was intrigued by the method of preparation, and spice mixture. I think I will add garlic and onion when I make it.

Ingredients

250 g
chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
50 g
bell pepper
2 g
dried chili pepper flakes
2 g
salt
4 g
vinegar
10 g
corn starch
1
egg
100 g
sesame oil

Directions Step-By-Step

Separate the egg. Dice the chicken, and dredge it in the egg white and corn starch.

Gently sauté the chicken and bell pepper in 20 grams of the sesame oil, until its done (about 10 minutes.)

Stir the salt, chili flakes, vinegar, corn starch, and remaining sesame oil into the pan. Once the sauce has thickened, remove from the heat and serve.
