Ingredients For hot and sour chicken

250 gchicken thighs, skinless and boneless

50 gbell pepper

2 gdried chili pepper flakes

2 gsalt

4 gvinegar

10 gcorn starch

1egg

100 gsesame oil
How To Make hot and sour chicken

1Separate the egg. Dice the chicken, and dredge it in the egg white and corn starch.

2Gently sauté the chicken and bell pepper in 20 grams of the sesame oil, until its done (about 10 minutes.)

3Stir the salt, chili flakes, vinegar, corn starch, and remaining sesame oil into the pan. Once the sauce has thickened, remove from the heat and serve.
