yogurt pina colata or coconut
1/4 c
mayonnaise
8 oz
crushed pineapple drained
1/2 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
pepper
2/3 c
seedless grapes halved
1/4 c
chopped celery
1/4 c
green onions
1/2 c
sliced almonds (toasted optional)
tony chachere seasoning to taste
1 lb
boneless skinless chicken breast (cooked and chopped)

Step-By-Step

1Combine the yogurt, Blue Plate Mayo, Crushed Pineapple, salt, and Pepper in a large. Add the chicken, grapes, celery, green onion, and sliced almonds; fold to combine. Chill salad for 30 minutes for best flavor
