Ingredients

1/4 c
flour
4
boneless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp
olive oil
1/2 c
white wine
1 Tbsp
chopped garlic
1 Tbsp
basil
2 tsp
oregano
1 can(s)
(16 ounce) diced tomatoes
1 can(s)
(4 ounces) mushrooms, drained
salt and pepper to taste
grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Step-By-Step

1Coat chicken with flour; shake excess.
2In a skillet, cook chicken in hot oil over medium heat until brown.
3Stir in remaining ingredients.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until done.
4Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
Serve over noodles, rice or pasta.
