boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
Beat eggs in a bowl. In a shallow dish, mix cornmeal, marjoram, paprika, rosemary and mustard well.
Dip each chicken breast in egg to coat. Then dip in cornmeal mixture to coat thoroughly.
Place chicken in a baking dish in a single layer. Brush the top of each breast lightly with oil.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is done.
