- 2 1/2 ounce skinned, boned chicken halves
- 10oz package frozen package chopped broccoli
- vegetable cooking spray
- 10 1/4ounce can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 10 1/4 ounce can cream of potato soup undiluted
- 1/2 c
- skim milk
- 1 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp
- grated parmesan cheese
1Combine chicken and water to cover in a large saucepan; cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until chicken is done; drain well. chop chicken, and set aside.
2Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain well. Arrange broccoli in a 2-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray, and top with chicken.
3Combine soups, milk, and lemon juice, stirring to blend; pour over chicken add broccoli. sprinkle cheese over top. Bake 350f for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated and serve
