Grilled orange-rosemary chicken

Ingredients

1/2 large
seedless orange, cut into chunks, unpeeled
3 tsp
minced garlic
1 Tbsp
fresh rosemary leaves
6 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
2 Tbsp
red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp
honey
1/2 tsp
each, salt and pepper
1 pinch
red pepper flakes
8
pieces chicken, like legs, drumsticks, etc

Step-By-Step

1In blender, combine orange, rosemary, oil, vinegar, honey, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Blend until cut into small pieces.

2Place in lg ziplock bag. Place chicken in bag. Refrigerate/marinate overnight.

3Heat grill to medium. Remove chicken from marinade, place on grill. Cook, turning often, until cooked through, 20-30 mins.
