4-oz. chicken breasts, boned and skinned
4 oz
can chopped green chilies
2 oz
monterey jack cheese, shredded
5 Tbsp
finely chopped green onions
2 Tbsp
margarine, melted
1/2 tsp
chili powder
1 c
crushed cornflakes

Directions Step-By-Step

Pound out chicken breasts. Combine chilies, cheese and onion. Place equal amounts in each chicken breasts. Roll up. Combine chili powder and butter. Pour over chicken and roll in cornflakes. Place seam side down in baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Serve with picante sauce. Makes 4 servings.
