Ingredients For easy stuffed chicken w/ asparagus

    boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8
    asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 1/2 c
    shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/4 c
    bread crumbs

How To Make easy stuffed chicken w/ asparagus

    Heat oven to 375. Lightly spray a baking pan w/ cooking spray. Pound each chicken breast between plastic w/a mallet until 1/4" thick. Sprinkle w/ salt and pepper.

    Place 4 spears of asparagus down center of each chicken breast. Sprinkle cheese over asparagus. Roll chicken around asparagus. Place seam-side down in pan. Sprinkle w/ bread crumbs.

    Bake 25 mins.
