1/2 stickbutter

1rotisserie chicken, shredded

2 cbisquick
-
2 cmilk
-
1 cancream of chicken soup

2 cchicken broth
-
3 tspchicken granules
-
salt and pepper to taste (easy on salt)
How To Make easy chicken & dumpling casserole

1Melt butter in 9x13x2-inch baking dish. Place chicken on top of butter.

2Mix baking mix with milk and pour carefully over chicken.

3Combine soup, chicken broth and chicken granules; pour carefully over top of baking mix/milk layer. DO NOT STIR!

4Bake uncovered in a 400 degree oven for 45 min to 1 hour. The top should be golden brown. Enjoy!
