Deluxe grilled chicken sandwich

Take that plain chicken sandwich to the next level using my marinade and a grill!

NOTE: This recipe is a reduced fat and sodium, not necessarily low one. For lower fat use a minimal amount of olive oil in the marinade, and 2% cheese.

Ingredients

**boneless, skinless, chicken breasts or thighs
**my marinade-see link
**red, yellow, orange bells peppers-your choice
**sliced onion
**cheese of choice
**condiment of choice
**toasted buns

Step-By-Step

2Try to marinade your chicken several hours if possible up to overnight.
3Grill chicken on indoor or outdoor grill till done.
4Grill veggies and onion slices till just slightly tender but still have a bite for best results.
5The last few minutes of cooking chicken place grated cheese and veggies on top of chicken. Add condiment of choice.
6I use Uncle Gary's Spicy Red Pepper Spread, delicious.
