chicken breasts (or leg quarters)
instant mashed potatoes
Wash chicken and pat dry.
Beat egg and milk in a bowl.
Mix flakes and garlic powder in another bowl.
Melt butter in shallow baking pan (I use 9 x 13).
Roll chicken in egg mixture, then potato mixture.
Roll coated chicken in butter. Place skin side up in pan, bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
