Cold grilled Chicken Salad

Nope, not your typical chicken salad. I made this dish with cold, leftover grilled chicken, therefore no cooking time was involved in this particular dish.

Ingredients

**chicken breasts, grilled
**tomatoes, sliced
**red onion, sliced
**lettuce pieces
**your fav cheese, sliced
**your favorite salad dressing

Step-By-Step

1I used bone in chicken breast, then removed the bone for this dish. You of course could use boneless, but I love the addition of the skin for this.
2Grill chicken as you normally would. Allow to cool, or refrigerate and use a day or two later. The colder, the easier to slice nice and neat.
3Slice tomatoes, onion, cheese and tear lettuce pieces.
4Assemble by layering chicken, tomato, onion, cheese, and repeat till all of chicken breast is used. I used Zesty Italian dressings as a garnish.
