Ingredients For chicken tortillas--crock pot

    chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 10 3/4 can
    can cream of chicken soup
  • 14 1/2 oz
    can tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • 6
    6-inch corn tortillas, torn in half
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 2 c
    grated cheddar cheese
  • sliced green onions, thinly sliced

How To Make chicken tortillas--crock pot

  • 1
    Combine chicken meat, soup and tomatoes with chilies. Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Lone bottom of crock pot with one third of tortilla pieces. Add one third of chicken mixture. Sprinkle with one third of onions and one third cheese. Repeat layers twice. Cover and cook low 4-6 hours. Garnish with green onions. Makes 4 servings.
