I marinated chicken over night in Olive Oil , Apple Cider Vinegar & Fresh squeezed Lemon Juice. Lemon juice really adds "flavor" to the chicken . This eliminates using egg or milk for coating Chicken

1 c
panko bread crumbs/ or bread crumbs of your choice
1/2 c
parmigiana cheese
1 Tbsp
sage , thyme , celery salt
1 tsp
each / paprika, ginger, curry, garlic powder
10-12
chicken tenders (can use legs or thighs too)

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover baking pan with aluminum foil sprayed well with Oil. Put all dry ingredients in bag & shake to mix , coat one piece at a time, (don't crowd pan) Spray again while in pan with Olive Oil

Bake 15 min . Spray oil on pieces then turn over & bake another 12 min , until golden brown.
