In my house if all else fails make pie or quiche.

Ingredients

deep dish pie shells
2
chicken breast halves, cooked, boned and diced
3 large
hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c
chopped celery
1/2 can(s)
water chestnuts, diced
1/2 c
hellmanns or best brand mayonaise
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
salt and white pepper, to taste
juice of 1/2 lemon
c
grated cheddar cheese
5 1/2 oz
potato chips, chrushed

Step-By-Step

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake the pie shells for 10 minutes and set aside.
2Mix chicken, eggs, celery, water chestnuts, mayonnaise, cream of chicken soup, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
3Pour into pie crusts. Cover with cheese and top with potato chips. Bake for 30 minutes
