Ingredients For chicken salad pie

2deep dish pie shells

2chicken breast halves, cooked, boned and diced

3 lghard boiled eggs, chopped

1 cchopped celery
-
1/2 canwater chestnuts, diced

1/2 chellmanns or best brand mayonaise

1 cancream of chicken soup
-
salt and white pepper, to taste
-
juice of 1/2 lemon
-
cgrated cheddar cheese
-
5 1/2 ozpotato chips, chrushed
How To Make chicken salad pie

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake the pie shells for 10 minutes and set aside.

2Mix chicken, eggs, celery, water chestnuts, mayonnaise, cream of chicken soup, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

3Pour into pie crusts. Cover with cheese and top with potato chips. Bake for 30 minutes
