Ingredients For chicken salad pie

    deep dish pie shells
  • 2
    chicken breast halves, cooked, boned and diced
  • 3 lg
    hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 c
    chopped celery
  • 1/2 can
    water chestnuts, diced
  • 1/2 c
    hellmanns or best brand mayonaise
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • salt and white pepper, to taste
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • c
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 5 1/2 oz
    potato chips, chrushed

How To Make chicken salad pie

  • 1
    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake the pie shells for 10 minutes and set aside.

    Mix chicken, eggs, celery, water chestnuts, mayonnaise, cream of chicken soup, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  • 3
    Pour into pie crusts. Cover with cheese and top with potato chips. Bake for 30 minutes
