Ingredients

1-1/2 c
minute brown rice
1/2 medium
mccormick perfect pinch all purpose seasoning
1 can(s)
chicken broth
6
chicken tenderloins
4 slice
swiss cheese
1 can(s)
condenced cream of chicken soup

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat the oven to 350. Mix rice and half a can of chicken broth together in 8x8" dish.

Lay the chicken tenderloins on top of the rice and sprinkle chicken with seasoning. Lay Swiss cheese on chicken.

Mix Cream of Chicken soup with the remaining half can of chicken broth and pour it over the chicken, cheese and rice.

Cover tightly with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350. Uncover and let it stay in the oven for 10 minutes longer.
