Stir-Fry

Ingredients

2 pkg
ramen noodles
1 pkg
chicken flavoring (from ramen )
1 tsp
ground ginger
1/8 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
soy sauce
3/4 c
sesame oil
1 can(s)
broccoli florets
1 medium
carrot, peeled and sliced
1/2 c
mushroom slices
2
chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 c
bean sprouts
1 can(s)
water chestnuts, drained
2 Tbsp
bell pepper, diced
2
green onions, sliced small
1 small
yellow squash, diced

Step-By-Step

1Cook noodles according to directions and drain. Heat oil in large skillet or wok.

2Add carrot, broccoli and bell pepper. Stir-Fry 2 to 3 minutes.

3Add remaining vegetables. Stir-fry an additional 2 minutes.

4Add chicken, seasonings and flavor packet from Ramen. Mix well.

5Add soy sauce. Heat through.

6Add noodles and toss to coat. Be sure noodles and veggies are mixed well.

7**You might want to break the noodles in half for easier mixing.
